Local news outlets featured the GeoDome Theater acquired this summer by The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, funded through a grant from the NSF. The college’s computer science department will use the GeoDome for data visualization projects, while other programs will explore the GeoDome’s cross-disciplinary potential – from content creation to storytelling in the history department. Richard Stockton College joins the growing network of 20+ GeoDome installations, using fixed and portable dome theaters for interactive exploration of geospatial datasets.
