Omnity, The Elumenati’s new plugin for the Unity3D game engine editor, will premier at this week’s UNITE conference in Montreal. Dave Pentecost of the Lower Eastside Center for Community will discuss Omnity in the “Unity in the Wild” session, Friday November 12th at 2pm. Based on the OmniMap API, Omnity is a Unity3D package that is imported into the game engine editor. Omnity allows efficient real-time mapping of content onto arbitrary screen surfaces using OmniFocus projection systems. We plan to release Omnity before the end of the year. It’s free for non-profits and educational groups, and commercial users will pay a license fee on a sliding scale. If you’d like to be on the list when we release Omnity, email us.
