Intrepid Museum Kids Week

The GeoDome Theater is onboard the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in Manhattan for the Museum’s annual Kids Week celebration. GeoDome shows take place Friday and Saturday, February 19 and 20.

In addition to tours of the universe with Uniview, we’ll be showcasing NASA JPL’s Eyes on platforms, enabled for domes and spheres with Omnity. Eyes on the Earth, Solar System, and Exoplanets are an interactive way to explore real NASA mission data – from monitoring the Earth’s vital signs, to flying by Pluto with the New Horizons mission, to exploring the latest exoplanets.

Located on the Hudson River, New York City’s Intrepid Museum is an educational and cultural non-profit institution dedicated to the exhibition and interpretation of history, science and service. Kids Week activities exploring ‘Extreme Environments from Earth to Space’ include visiting authors and scientists, hands-on workshops, live animals, and other educational presentations and live demonstrations.
