Now Available On-Demand: Night Sky Presentations in OpenSpace with Tau Immersive

For those who attended the 2026 WorldViewer Network Conference, and for those who couldn’t make it to Denver, we’re excited to announce the release of the first recorded session from this year’s conference.

Now available on-demand, “Night Sky Presentations in OpenSpace with Tau Immersive“ showcases the new Night Sky Show Composer boards developed through a collaboration between Tau Immersive and The Elumenati.

The night sky tour remains one of the most fundamental and engaging experiences in planetariums and immersive learning environments. This session explores how the new Night Sky Show Composer boards make it easier than ever to create, customize, and deliver compelling astronomy presentations directly within OpenSpace.

In this presentation, Dan Tell of Tau Immersive demonstrates how operators, educators, and presenters can use these intuitive controls to navigate the sky, highlight celestial objects, customize presentations for their location, and create engaging audience experiences without requiring advanced OpenSpace expertise.

Whether you’re introducing students to the constellations, leading a public planetarium program, or building immersive educational experiences, these tools help streamline the presentation process while maintaining the power and flexibility that OpenSpace is known for.
